INSTRUCTION: download the material, in your project file press File>Append – select downloaded blender file, open materials, and select the Universal Material. now you can select it in the materials list and use it! (I suggest to keep the scale of your models somewhat similar to the default cube)

Made in blender 4.3.2, tested in blender 4.5
In case some future versions of blender will cause compatibility problems contact me (via email or dm on artstation) and i will make an updated version and add it into the downloadable files.
Things i plan to add in the future: An additional version with two bevel nodes insude that will decrease performance for ~3% while giving much more control over lightening edges. And a secondary mask for scratches for more non uniform wear.
